The Dogwood tree survived the frost, my gardening journal in French (I'm learning French now), and my ever delicate lavender plants, doing well today!

This is my manuscript for a booklet for mental patients, to help with the transition back to home. I drafted it this morning. I think I will make it a free, downloadable pdf. If my therapist has comments, I'll include them. or her colleagues. I had two copies made this afternoon. I might send a copy to my crisis counselor, who has moved to Texas. She might have some suggestions too. I have this and plans for courses in coming months and up to 2019, for creating a good mindset for service to the community, volunteering, in my mind. I'm thinking of Peer to Peer certification, crisis intervention training, massage therapy and in 2019, yoga teacher training. Hopefully after all that i will have some useful skills. If I do anything with this booklet or my article on opposing the death penalty and the problem with the criminal justice system, I will give links here. Mermaid theme at TJ Maxx. I have been checking everyday and today the dogwood tree is showing signs of spring! A trip to Second and Charles. I found four free self help books and a free dvd on horses in the bins outside! My passions.
